If you are a resident of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) or another U.S. state with comparable privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah — you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. RothRoadmap operates only in the United States.
RothRoadmap (a service of ProVision Brokerage, LLC) does not sell your personal information for money. In limited cases we may "share" certain online identifiers (such as cookies or advertising pixels) with advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which some state laws define as a "sale" or "share." You may opt out of this activity using the methods below.
Mobile and SMS data is never sold or shared. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — regardless of any opt-out request.
You can exercise your right to opt out in any of the following ways:
To protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require written proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity.
We will acknowledge and process verified opt-out requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (for example, within 15 business days for opt-out-of-sale/share requests under the CCPA/CPRA). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
